Over the years, Eric has had the opportunity to learn from talented chefs across a variety of culinary traditions, from authentic Italian cuisine to the rich, smoky flavors of Texas BBQ. These experiences have helped shape his versatile and thoughtful cooking style.

Today, Eric brings that same care, consistency, and attention to detail to every dish he prepares. He’s excited to share his passion for food with you—creating memorable meals for you, your friends, and your family, and delivering a truly exceptional culinary experience.

Along with Meal Prep, Chef Eric is offering Catering and in home Personal Chef Services — Whether you need to feed a party, a corporate event, kids meals or daily in house meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner — We will be happy to create a plan specially just for you!
